Remote Senior Web Engineer (Python + JS)

Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Senior Web Engineer (Python + JS) to join our experienced and compact product team.
• The team develops and maintains a wide range of internal services that keep the company running, including our gaming platform, back-office tools, and analytics infrastructure.
• The tech work involves deep engagement with databases, distributed systems, architecture planning, and performance validation through R&D.
• The main focus of the role will be the development and continuous improvement of three corporate websites, enhancing their integration with other internal systems and creating a seamless experience for users and partners.
• The team operates in a remote-friendly environment with minimal bureaucracy, conducting just one weekly stand-up and ad-hoc syncs as needed.
• The priority is to balance business impact with engineering quality while keeping the team happy, motivated, and proud of their work.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building web solutions using Python and Javascript.
• Experience in defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements is required.
• A working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and SQL is necessary.
• Candidates should have an understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
• A good level of written English is required.
