Strong experience working with essential ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, and Discovery is required.
Experience in S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalogs, and Integrations is necessary.
The candidate must have the ability to design, engineer, and configure ServiceNow to automate internal ITIL processes.
Thorough knowledge of workflows, tables, scripts, flow designer, and integration hub is required.
Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware, discovery technologies, database design schemas, and data modeling is necessary.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required.
