• In this role, the developer will collaborate with design, development, and strategy teams to enhance storefront performance, create seamless user experiences, and deliver impactful e-commerce solutions.
• Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining custom Shopify apps to extend store functionality and support unique business requirements.
• The developer will also develop and customize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid for tailored shopping experiences.
• Integrating third-party apps, APIs, payment gateways, and shipping providers is part of the job.
• The developer will collaborate with designers and front-end developers to ensure precise, high-quality implementation.
• Optimizing application performance, speed, and scalability with a focus on security and mobile responsiveness is essential.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.

• Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks is necessary.
• Hands-on experience in Shopify App development is required, with knowledge of Node.js, React, or Ruby being a strong plus.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and headless commerce concepts is essential.
• The candidate should be skilled in using version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with keen attention to detail are required.
