Sleek is seeking a Service Reliability Engineer to serve as the highest level of technical escalation within the support team.
The primary mission is to resolve complex technical issues that cannot be addressed by frontline support, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
The engineer will collaborate with development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product, Tech, and Data teams, supporting internal business stakeholders, providing technical support through various channels, identifying fixes and developing code, configuring servers and networks in the Cloud, updating database records, and improving the knowledge base for self-servicing.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and may be located in Singapore, Philippines, India, or Malaysia.

Candidates must have a strong academic foundation, ideally from reputable universities.
A demonstrated track record of working in well-established or recognized organizations is required.
Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer is necessary.
Attention to detail and customer attentiveness, with experience facing customers in past positions, is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience with the JavaScript tech stack (Node, NestJS, React, Vue) is necessary.
Familiarity with MongoDB and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) is required.
Experience with Cloud Platforms, such as AWS, is necessary.
Knowledge of Bitbucket and GitHub (CI/CD) is required.
Proficiency in reading logs, especially Splunk, is necessary.
Understanding of load testing tools and the ability to analyze results is required.
