  • The role requires implementing observability across the platform and writing Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to embed reliability, scalability, and security into the development lifecycle is essential.
  • Participation in on-call rotations for production support is also required.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3–5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Azure-native platforms at scale is required, including AKS, App Services, and Azure Functions.
  • A proven track record in designing and optimizing secure CI/CD pipelines, including the use of code quality and security scanning tools like SonarCloud, is necessary.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms in a cloud-native environment, particularly with integrated payments systems or PCI-sensitive workloads, is preferred.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python are essential.
  • Expertise in system monitoring and observability frameworks like Coralogix or OpenTelemetry is required.
  • Candidates should have experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and operational readiness best practices.
  • A working knowledge of version control systems and git workflows is necessary.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional Agile teams are required.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to reliability and delivery excellence is essential.
