The Engineering Enablers team works in a collaborative and international environment, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining internal tools to support technical teams' productivity.
The team simplifies access to best practices, industrializes workflows (CI/CD, containers, platforms), and facilitates the adoption of shared solutions to save time for engineers while ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.
Daily responsibilities include developing internal tools and frameworks for infrastructure management, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring system reliability through incident response and root cause analysis, participating in architecture reviews, applying principles of fault-tolerance, load balancing, and energy efficiency optimization, sharing knowledge within the team, and contributing to the reliability and performance of services.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Terraform, Ansible, and Gitlab.
Solid expertise in Linux systems and production troubleshooting.
Great skills in centralized container management, particularly with Kubernetes and Helm.
Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as OpenMetrics and OpenTelemetry.
Programming skills in Go and Python are required.
A collaborative mindset and team-first approach are essential.
Candidates should be curious, continuous learners with a drive for operational excellence.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
Comfort working in English and across multidisciplinary teams is expected.
