Alan is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (x/f/m) to help maintain high reliability while scaling their infrastructure.

Responsibilities include maintaining uptime targets, optimizing infrastructure costs, improving incident management processes, and leading post-mortems.
The engineer will have opportunities to mentor other engineers and contribute to the hiring process.
The Tech Foundations area enables product crews to experiment and ship product increments quickly, ensuring product quality and reliability with security as a priority.
The engineering team operates with a focus on ownership, fast execution, and high standards, using a tech stack that includes Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is required.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable writing code for automation and tooling.
Some experience as a Full-Stack or Backend software engineer is preferred.
Willingness to work in Python/JavaScript is needed, though prior experience with these languages is not mandatory.
Understanding of modern deployment practices and CI/CD is essential.
Candidates must be able to debug complex system issues and demonstrate self-starting and entrepreneurial qualities.
A humble attitude and willingness to grow, regardless of seniority, is important.
Collaboration and enthusiasm for teamwork, learning, and teaching are required.
Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of French is not required.
