You will be part of a team that designs and implements the backend and intelligence layer of an AI-managed merchant network. This role is not about creating a forum plugin or a skin on top of a chat app.
The goal is to design a social fabric from scratch, matching merchants based on complementary offerings, shared pain points, and potential collaborations, while providing them with tools to grow together.
Your main tasks include architecting and building a system to ingest merchant data, creating agent-driven matchmaking and recommendation pipelines, and developing moderation agents to guide discussions and maintain quality.
You will integrate LLMs to facilitate onboarding, message summarization, semantic clustering, and auto-responses.
You will build and evolve internal protocols for autonomous agent behavior, governance, and feedback loops.
Collaboration with frontend teams is essential to create seamless user interactions with the underlying intelligence.
You will be expected to ship prototypes quickly, iterate based on feedback, and work towards scalable systems.
Requirements:
You must have experience building real-time or asynchronous communication systems.
Strong Python engineering skills and the ability to deploy scalable services are mandatory.
Experience integrating LLMs into production environments is required.
You should have an understanding of graph-based systems, user recommendation, or matchmaking logic.
Comfort in building autonomous agents that act with minimal oversight is necessary.
Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required, as the system will handle data from and interact with Brazilian merchants daily.
Solid collaboration and product instincts are essential, as you will need to shape projects from ambiguous specifications.
