Remote Software Architect

Description:

• Blackline Safety is seeking an experienced software developer to contribute to the development of new features and functionality for their safety monitoring platform.
• The role involves developing scalable, high-quality microservices in a cross-functional environment.
• The candidate will provide technical leadership to scrum teams and lead new product technical evaluations.
• The position also requires driving the adoption of AI tools and processes to automate the software development process.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong development experience in a distributed microservice environment.
• A deep knowledge of Java (Spring Boot), Python, PHP, or Angular is required.
• Experience working with programming languages and frameworks alongside AI tools and platforms to generate code, test cases, and performance improvements is necessary.
• The role requires the ability to design and implement machine learning algorithms and AI models within the application.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential.
• Candidates should have experience developing high-performing database queries.
• Experience with performance testing and code optimization is required.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as a Service (Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus.
