Avolution is seeking an experienced and strategic Software Consulting Lead to drive the successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
The role involves managing a team of consultants in the Americas region responsible for implementing, customizing, and onboarding the cloud-based platform for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities include overseeing complex client engagements, ensuring project excellence, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
The position emphasizes team leadership and development, client engagement and strategy, operational excellence, and effective reporting and communication.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role include utilization, customer satisfaction, project profitability, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
A Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is required.
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in professional services consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, ideally with at least 2 years in a lead, management, or senior role.
Enterprise architecture knowledge or background is highly desired.
A proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their application within various industries.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction is necessary.
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn complex tools are important.
Experience with programming/scripting (e.g., .NET, C#) and knowledge of complementary tools like Postman, XML, and MS Excel are a plus.
