Remote Software Consulting Lead (Fully Remote)

• Avolution is seeking an experienced and strategic Software Consulting Lead to drive the successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
• The role involves managing a team of consultants in the Americas region responsible for implementing, customizing, and onboarding the cloud-based platform for enterprise clients.
• Responsibilities include overseeing complex client engagements, ensuring project excellence, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
• The position emphasizes team leadership and development, client engagement and strategy, operational excellence, and effective reporting and communication.
• Key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role include utilization, customer satisfaction, project profitability, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is required.
• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in professional services consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery, ideally with at least 2 years in a lead, management, or senior role.
• Enterprise architecture knowledge or background is highly desired.
• A proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their application within various industries.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction is necessary.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn complex tools are important.
• Experience with programming/scripting (e.g., .NET, C#) and knowledge of complementary tools like Postman, XML, and MS Excel are a plus.
