The Developer Experience Team helps engineering move quickly and safely by finding, fixing, and addressing production issues back to development.
The role involves building process optimization, continuous integration, tooling development and optimization, and remote developer environment.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related technical fields and 4 years or more of experience in the industry is required.
Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or similar languages are necessary.
Expertise in one or more areas such as CI/CD optimization, release engineering, dev tooling, or test automation framework development is essential.
Experience with Monorepos and modern build systems (e.g., Bazel, Buck, Pants) is required.
Prior experience in at least one of the following fields: Software Engineering, SDET, DevOps, Deployment Engineering, or Developer Experience is needed.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on various job-related factors, including education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
The expected salary range for this role is $124,000 - $145,000 CAD based on the location where the work will be performed.
This role is eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
