RSA Conference™ is seeking a Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications based on business requirements.
The role involves contributing to a team of programmers to code services and applications that delight customers.
The Software Developer will focus on full-stack development, particularly on back-end solutions.
Responsibilities include developing software applications tailored to business needs, maintaining software applications, implementing enhancements, supporting project planning and scheduling, and participating in end-to-end development activities.
The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the agility and adaptability necessary to meet requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for articulating complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to dissect complex problems and formulate effective solutions.
Proven experience in high-level programming languages such as C#, Python, and Typescript is necessary.
Experience in software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is required to ensure smooth project progression.
Full-stack development experience is essential, with a focus on building complex web systems and back-end systems.
Experience configuring and managing cloud infrastructure, particularly in Azure, AWS, or GCP, is required, with an emphasis on high availability, scalability, and security.
Candidates must have residency in one of the specified states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $190,000 and $220,000.
