Remote Software Developer (Full Stack)

Description:

• Intelerad is seeking a Software Developer to join the InteleShare team and transform medical imaging flow across the healthcare ecosystem.
• The role involves architecting solutions for secure, cloud-based medical image sharing, connecting healthcare providers, imaging centers, hospitals, and patients worldwide.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining features for the InteleShare web application, mastering the InteleShare ecosystem, and taking ownership of the feature development lifecycle.
• The developer will transform complex support tickets into technical solutions, champion quality through testing and documentation, and contribute to daily stand-ups and code reviews.
• The position requires a full-stack generalist mindset, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing them.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have close to 5 years of professional web application development experience or a strong educational foundation with demonstrable coding ability.
• A curiosity and rapid learning ability to absorb new technologies and apply them independently is essential.
• A generalist mindset with comfort in switching between languages, frameworks, and problem domains is required.
• Candidates must be self-starters with a bias toward action, able to spot needs and deliver solutions without detailed instructions.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences are necessary, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Mastery in problem-solving and debugging skills is required to resolve issues effectively.
• Project scoping expertise to break down long-term goals into manageable increments is essential.
• Proven effectiveness in remote work and maintaining high productivity in distributed team environments is required.

Benefits:

• The base pay for this position ranges from $87,000 to $132,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
