Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in software development, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• The candidate must have 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, specifically in Java and/or Go, with a strong computer science background.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks is necessary.
• Proven ability to mentor a team of software engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality code is essential.
• A strong understanding of scalable distributed systems and microservices architecture is required.
• The candidate should have a passion for exploring new technologies and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
• Excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
• Keeping up to date with technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP, serverless, Docker, and Kubernetes is important.
