We are seeking a talented and motivated Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining our modern web applications from conception to deployment.
You will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications across the full stack.
You will take ownership of tasks from end-to-end, seeing projects through their entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate concepts into technical solutions.
You will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
You will participate actively in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
You will identify and implement solutions to complex technical challenges, demonstrating a curious and proactive approach to learning.
You will maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
You must have 2-3 years of professional experience in software development, specifically working on modern web applications.
You should have proficiency in either JavaScript or Python, with a strong understanding of core language features and best practices.
You need hands-on experience working with modern web frameworks such as Next.js, Express.js, FastAPI, or equivalent (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Django, Flask).
You must have a proven ability to own tasks independently and see projects through their full lifecycle.
A curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow continuously in your role is essential.
You should have experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
