We are building a brand new product and are looking for a founding engineer to join our team.
We have already achieved product-market fit and closed six-figure deals, with a clear path to larger contracts.
Our existing product has generated millions in revenue, and we are evolving our user base toward an agentic future while attracting new customers.
You will work in a small, nimble team tackling challenging, ambiguous problems at the cutting edge of technology.
The role emphasizes the importance of effort and raw hours in shaping outcomes, with a focus on speed and intent.
Projects may include process mapping and discovery, agent building, testing and debugging, rapid experimentation, and continuous curiosity.
Requirements:
A BS in Computer Science or near completion, with recent graduates encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python or JavaScript.
Comfort with APIs, data structures, and writing clean, efficient code is essential.
A strong ability to translate ambiguous business processes into logical workflows is required.
Candidates should be exceptionally fast learners who thrive in ambiguity and have a bias toward execution, speed, and iteration.
An inquisitive and resourceful mindset is necessary, with a tendency to dig deeper when something doesn’t make sense.
The ability to thrive in a startup environment with high expectations and rapid feedback cycles is important.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with automation tools, prior internship or project experience building agents or chatbots, and knowledge of LLM prompting techniques.
