You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build impactful features.
The role involves delivering high-quality, scalable code, writing backend services using Node/NestJS, and frontend experiences with React and TypeScript.
You will leverage MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis to ensure data integrity and speed at scale.
Responsibilities include developing reusable components, contributing clean code for web and mobile applications, and enhancing tooling and libraries for productivity.
You will own the full software development lifecycle, from problem definition to supporting production code.
The position requires collaboration with product managers and customers to understand real-world problems and gather feedback.
You will embrace a remote-first culture, communicate effectively in a distributed team, and participate in daily syncs.
The role includes a customer-centric approach, balancing immediate fixes with long-term improvements.
You will participate in on-call rotations, ensuring platform reliability.
Requirements:
Proficiency in building complex web or mobile applications, ideally with TypeScript, React, and Node/NestJS.
Experience in developing, monitoring, and supporting services in production environments.
Strong understanding of service-specific integration testing, E2E testing, and selective unit tests.
Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) and best practices for deploying cloud-based applications.
Ability to thrive in low-structure, high-ownership environments, solving complex issues with clear solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and document decisions thoroughly.
