Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

• High levels of ownership are necessary; candidates must be responsible for the software they build.
• Strong written communication skills are essential to align with the company's async-first working style.
• A proactive mentality is needed to navigate ambiguous problems and seek help when necessary.
• Applicants must be based in New Zealand.
• Familiarity with the core tech stack, including Node.js, DynamoDB, Redis, Vue.js, AWS, and Git, is preferred.
