Remote Software Engineer (Contractor)

• As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient server-side applications.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
• This role is a full-time remote position.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• You must have 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript is necessary.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development is required.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular is needed.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling is essential.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues are necessary.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• You must be fluent in English, as it is the language used internally to communicate between regions.
