Description:

  • Join Qonto as a Software Engineer on the Engineering Efficiency team to enhance the tech organization by building reliable internal tools and reducing time-to-market.
  • Collaborate with a team of 4 engineers to create impactful solutions used daily by backend and web engineers.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with infrastructure and delivery tooling (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes).
  • Strong engineering fundamentals, particularly in Go, with a focus on reliability, observability, and maintainability.
  • Ability to define success metrics and measure impact before and after coding.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance work efficiency and a collaborative mindset for team communication.
