Description:

• The Software Engineer will determine and analyze integration by identifying tables and data elements in the member’s Epic system that map to the Premier specification for various applications, primarily focusing on Quality and Operational tools.
• The role involves analyzing raw data for structure, format, content, and relationships to ensure compatibility and meet the requirements for various analyses performed.
• The engineer will develop and maintain scripts, regular expressions, and other data transformations needed to support data interfacing.
• Documentation is a key responsibility, including creating spreadsheets of Epic tables and data elements mapped to associated Premier fields.
• The engineer will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with vendors, clients, and consultants to resolve data integration issues.
• The position requires building and providing SQL and other database query technology for writing packages, functions, stored procedures, triggers, and creating tables and indexes.
• Participation in project status meetings is expected, along with providing status reports using task tracking tools such as JIRA.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
• The degree should be in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or Informatics.
• Good communication skills are essential for this role.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. under H1B, OPT-EAD, Green Card, or U.S. Citizenship.
• The position is a contract-to-hire (C2H) opportunity.
• The duration of the contract is expected to be 6 months or more.
