Requirements:
A strong technical background in full-stack software development with at least 2 years of industry experience is required.
Experience in leading significant projects from inception to post-launch, with active users outside the company, is essential.
The candidate must have the ability to empathize with users to effectively drive product development.
Experience in leading and mentoring other engineers is also required.
A passion for working in a small, fast-paced startup environment and contributing to product direction and development is necessary.
