They are seeking an experienced staff-level software engineer to join their front-end development team.
The role involves stewarding front-end best practices, architecture, and craftsmanship, as well as recruiting and developing an engineering team.
The technical foundation includes modern Typescript, React, and GraphQL, with a focus on UI/UX.

Requirements:
6+ years of front-end web development experience, with at least 2 years using Typescript and React.
Deep understanding of web technologies such as the DOM, CSS, and Javascript.
Ability to identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements, and a passion for leveling up the team.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to architect projects effectively and make tradeoffs when necessary.
Strong communication skills to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Independent and self-motivated, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
