The Frontend Infrastructure team provides shared tooling, libraries, and best practices to empower product engineers in building fast, maintainable, and accessible user experiences.
Responsibilities include designing, improving, and debugging front-end systems and tooling, identifying bottlenecks in the development lifecycle, and keeping the front-end stack modern and efficient.
The role involves writing extensible, scalable, and testable code, participating in technical planning, collaborating on scalable architecture, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of full-time work experience building and maintaining complex front-end systems, libraries, or tooling at scale.
Knowledge of the front-end technology stack including React, TypeScript, Redux/Zustand, Material UI, Jest, React Testing Library, and GraphQL is required.
Experience in owning technical projects end-to-end, from design to delivery, is essential.
A strong understanding of scalable front-end architecture, monorepos, and shared code patterns is necessary.
Basic understanding of modern CI/CD workflows for front-end development, including bundling, static analysis, test automation, and deployment, is expected.
Experience in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing front-end performance is preferred.
Bonus points for experience working on product teams to design and iterate on user-facing front-end experiences in collaboration with designers and stakeholders.
