Description:

• Hirevue is transforming the way organizations discover, engage, and hire talent through its end-to-end hiring platform.
• The Software Engineer role involves shaping the way people connect, communicate, and get hired by developing cutting-edge SaaS platforms, including Enterprise Video Interview software and chatbot solutions.
• The position focuses on backend development and working on the Integrations track at Hirevue.
• Responsibilities include designing and building solutions that impact customer and candidate experiences, writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, and defining unit tests.
• Collaboration with a talented team of Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Team Leads, Product Managers, and Designers is essential.

Requirements:

• A B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent trade school degree, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Previous employment experience of any kind is preferred.
• AWS and Cloud certifications are preferred.
• Candidates must have a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, a growth-driven attitude, and be team players who value collaboration.
