Requirements:
Overall, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
At least 1 year of experience with Gen AI / Agentic AI is necessary.
Experience in prompt engineering with major LLM providers such as Open AI, Google, and AWS is required, along with a good understanding of the model quality evaluation process, including gathering or generating model quality evaluation test data sets.
Non-deterministic troubleshooting skills to fine-tune LLM prompts and AI Agents instructions are essential.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with JavaScript and XML is required.
Experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations is necessary.
Strong analytical and design skills are required.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is essential. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
