Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in growth or product engineering.
Fluency in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development is required.
Strong experience in A/B testing and data analysis is essential.
Candidates should have experience with analytics tools and infrastructure, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
The ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is necessary.
Experience working closely with marketing and product teams is required.
