Requirements:

  • A current Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance is required, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI level clearance; U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering, with expertise in Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g., Spring, Guava), or 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or a High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, spending an average of 2-3 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD, with essential flexibility for schedule changes.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in developing Java-based software capabilities is required.
  • Candidates should possess excellent testing skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
