Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2+ years of hands-on full-stack experience building production web applications in an agile, startup environment.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Go, or any backend languages is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and CSS is necessary, with bonus points for TypeScript and NextJS.
• Familiarity or willingness to work in a full stack capacity is expected.
• Candidates should have an appreciation for iteration, performance measurement, and optimization.
• A passion for solving complex technical problems in both new and legacy codebases is essential.
• The ability to work and problem-solve independently is required.
