The Software Engineer II will be part of the digital products organization, responsible for developing and enhancing software products from concept to deployment.
Key products include order management, customer management, marketing, production, inventory optimization, loyalty, servicing, mobile app, and vehicle connectivity.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and participating in code reviews and sprint planning.
This role is remote within the United States, with occasional in-person meetings and events required.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer or in a similar role is necessary.
Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and server-side technologies (Golang, Java, Node.js, Python).
Strong understanding of databases and SQL, with experience in relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL is essential.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is required.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is expected.
