Description:

  • The Software Engineer II, Fullstack is responsible for building fast, accessible, and thoughtfully designed products.
  • You will collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape application architecture, enhance user experiences, improve developer workflows, and support robust deployment and testing strategies.
  • You will partner with product managers to lead the technical planning of member experience improvements.
  • The role involves contributing across the full stack of web technology, including frontend, API, and backend.
  • You will design systems that span multiple services to allow consistent, fast, clean data flow.
  • Swiftly addressing any issues and investing in resolutions that improve the product's reliability going forward is expected.
  • You will participate in and influence technical decisions of the wider Applications Engineering team.
  • Promoting software engineering best practices across teams is a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience creating and maintaining APIs, including REST and GraphQL, is required.
  • You should have experience delivering scalable, reliable, high-quality user experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with full stack development is necessary.
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as React, Go, GraphQL, Docker, or AWS is a bonus.
  • Physical requirements include the capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods and having the eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, computer, and other office-related equipment.
