As a Software Engineer II, you will design, build, and support the digital product suite, ensuring scale, stability, and user-friendly experiences for the clinical team and members.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using React and Node.js.
You will build scalable and efficient APIs that support web and mobile applications.
A data-driven, iterative approach will be taken to develop digital products that enable quality care for members.
You will communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences to understand goals and translate them into technical architecture and requirements.
Once project requirements are defined, you will manage cross-functional partnerships with data, product, and other teams to deliver new application functionality.
Requirements:
A passion for reimagining pediatric health care and a commitment to supporting children with special health care needs is essential.
You should have 3-5+ years of software development experience in a high-growth environment.
Understanding and experience with front-end applications, APIs, and back-end services are required.
Experience in healthcare or virtual care is preferred.
Familiarity with FHIR standard data modeling is preferred.
Proficiency in React and Node.js is necessary.
Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment is preferred.
Benefits:
The role offers a base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, along with an annual bonus and a competitive benefits package.
