Spreetail is seeking a Software Engineer II to help build scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge software for their ecommerce platform.

Responsibilities include designing scalable, high-performance solutions, deploying full-stack applications on AWS, and optimizing APIs and backend logic.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in object-oriented programming using languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar, along with a solid foundation in SQL.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Front-end/UX/UI web development (e.g., React, JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is required.
A strong growth mindset is essential, with a willingness to accept feedback for personal and team improvement.
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary, along with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Candidates should have a passion for mentoring and being mentored, contributing to the growth of their peers.
Clear communication skills and a high sense of ownership in Agile teams are important.
Bonus points for experience with Jira, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, AI, Kotlin, Android, or Agile methodologies.
