Providing structured feedback, including edits, test outcomes, and architectural notes, is essential as it contributes to the Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipeline.
The ultimate goal is for the model to learn to reason about DevOps in a smart, scalable, and safe manner.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in backend, infrastructure, or DevOps.
Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills are required, as the role involves writing thoughtful code reviews and architectural justifications.
Fluency with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices is essential.
Strong instincts for performance, cost optimization, and security are required.
Candidates should be comfortable in a low-oversight, async-first remote environment.
A genuine enjoyment of reading documentation and specifications is expected.
