Requirements:

• You must have experience as a systems architect, having designed and delivered large-scale, stateful architectures.
• A background in implementing distributed-transaction patterns across services and APIs is required.
• You should possess deep expertise in building transactional pipelines with audit trails and automated recovery.
• A reliability-first mindset is essential, with a focus on observability, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation.
• You need to have a strong understanding of scalability and performance, including caching, queueing, and rate-limiting.
• Strategic thinking and communication skills are necessary to document designs and align stakeholders.
• A bias toward action and high standards is expected, with the ability to ship prototypes quickly and ensure production-ready quality.
