SOUTHWORKS is seeking a Software Engineer with software development skills to contribute to high-quality projects for major brands and industry leaders.
The role involves working as part of a three-person Fireteam, collaborating with skilled coders to solve complex technical problems efficiently.
Candidates should have strong backend development skills, ideally in Python, and experience with web application development using languages and frameworks such as NodeJs and React.
Familiarity with AI-related solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic Workflows, is required, along with hands-on experience in applying these technologies.
Experience in Native Cloud Development using AWS or Azure is a plus.
The position emphasizes community standards, code guidelines, design patterns, and direct customer interactions, including standups and pair programming.
A good command of English, both written and verbal, is necessary.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
