A company is seeking a motivated and experienced Fullstack Software Engineer in Germany.
The role involves collaborating with engineers, product managers, QA, and cloud specialists to develop scalable web components and services.
Responsibilities include working within a cross-functional product team to develop secure web solutions, designing cross-platform web components, and implementing secure communication systems using OAuth2 and OIDC standards.
The engineer will take full ownership of features from development to CI/CD deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
The position requires automating infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Participation in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and team collaboration activities is expected.
The engineer will contribute to individual development work and paired/mob programming sessions, sharing knowledge and supporting team growth through mentorship.
Requirements:
Strong experience in fullstack development with Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Hands-on experience with modern React and custom frontend plugins for platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce is necessary.
Proven ability to design scalable microservices and secure RESTful APIs is essential.
A deep understanding of web security best practices, including OAuth2 and OIDC, is required.
Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda and ECS, is necessary.
Familiarity with containerized, cloud-native deployment environments is required.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and DevOps automation practices is essential.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and solid SQL skills are required.
A growth mindset with a collaborative spirit and strong motivation to contribute to team success is necessary.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are required; additional languages are a plus.
