The position is part of the Platform REs team, responsible for building and maintaining shared development tools, evaluation and data pipelines, training frameworks, cluster tooling, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities include owning complex parts of large-scale pipelines, delivering robust internal tooling, interfacing research with product, writing efficient Python and systems code, designing and optimizing distributed services, and prototyping utilities.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience building and operating large-scale or distributed systems.
Strong software-design instincts are necessary, including modular code, tests, CI/CD, and observability.
Fluency in Python and one systems language (C++, Rust, Go, or Java) is required.
Hands-on experience with container orchestration and schedulers such as Kubernetes or SLURM is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable profiling performance, optimizing I/O, and automating workflows.
A self-starter attitude, low-ego, collaborative spirit, and high energy are important traits for this role.
Nice-to-haves include exposure to ML workloads or data-processing pipelines, experience with GPU clusters or CUDA, and contributions to open-source projects or widely used internal tools.
