The Software Engineering Lead will unite and grow three functional areas: Content Generation, Application, and Integrations.
The role involves hands-on coding (β50%), project execution (β30%), and coaching/resource allocation (β20%).
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building and shipping B2B SaaS software, with at least 2 years in an engineering lead or manager role.
Hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and AWS (ECS, Bedrock, RDS) is required.
A proven track record of delivering React + Tailwind front-end applications integrated with Rails backends is necessary.
Experience in architecting and scaling background-job-driven workflows and data ingestion pipelines is essential.
Familiarity with generative AI ecosystems and their integration patterns is preferred.
Strong project management skills, including writing specs, breaking down tasks, and driving sprints in Linear, are needed.
A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders is important.
A passion for developer productivity and experience with AI-based coding tools or similar innovations is desired.
