Serve Robotics is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to facilitate the last-mile technical work for robotic deliveries in new cities.
The role involves embedding with engineering and operations teams to create configuration interfaces and document processes in reusable runbooks.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining internal UIs/APIs for data management, diving into autonomy and fleet-management codebases, partnering with Expansion Ops for parameter changes, scoping technical work with the Expansion TPM, and writing clear runbooks and dashboards for future deployments.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of professional software development experience, with proficiency in several programming languages, including Python.
A minimum of 1 year of experience writing SQL for analytics, ETL, or configuration management is required.
Experience in creating internal tools or admin interfaces that ensure safe configuration management is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical partners.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% to emerging Serve markets for launch support is required.
