Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand project goals, building workflows, setting up Vector according to customer needs, triaging deployment issues, participating in technical discovery sessions, coordinating project implementation plans, gathering customer feedback, and being the voice of customers’ technical needs internally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a software engineering, web development, client consulting, or technical implementation role is required.
Demonstrated ability in implementing SaaS software applications and providing technical implementation services using basic programming such as SQL and JavaScript is necessary.
A genuine passion for delighting customers and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders is essential.
Great communication skills are required to provide clear guidance through various channels.
Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills are necessary.

The base compensation range for this role is $108,000 - $125,000 USD, based on factors such as education, work experience, and region.
