As a Software Support Engineer, you will focus on resolving Level 3 customer issues.
You will work directly in production environments and customer databases, delivering deep investigations and high-quality troubleshooting.
You will also play an active role in building internal tools and automating key processes or custom customer requests using C# to maximize service availability.
Requirements:
You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in software support.
Hands-on experience working with SQL is required.
You should have solid experience with data import/export tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to identify root causes effectively.
An eagerness to learn and a strong drive to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues is essential.
A high level of empathy is required to understand the question behind the question and respond accordingly.
You should have a proactive mindset, capable of spotting roadblocks and escalating complex issues when needed.
Comfort in working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a reliable team player, is important.
You must be adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
A quick learner with strong technical aptitude and curiosity for new technologies is preferred.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira is beneficial.
Fluency in both English and Greek, written and spoken, is required.
A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field is necessary.
Knowledge of an OOP language like C# is a bonus.
