  • Responsibilities include enhancing software by building internal tools, serving as a liaison between Engineering and other departments, assisting in diagnosing and resolving platform issues, and providing technical support and bug fixes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional software development experience is required.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills are necessary, with the ability to analyze code and trace data flow.
  • Customer service experience is essential, including the ability to engage in professional video or phone calls with customers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, with experience managing stakeholder expectations across teams.
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React (or similar languages) with at least 1 year of professional experience is needed.
  • Experience writing automated tests using RSpec or similar testing frameworks is required.
  • Familiarity with databases and the ability to retrieve data via a Rails Console is necessary, without requiring deep DBA expertise.
