The Solution Architect, AI/ML will create innovative solutions for clients' AI and machine learning needs.
This role involves collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure successful implementations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The architect will shape customer journeys and enhance client experiences from start to finish.
Responsibilities include fostering a collaborative environment, setting clear goals, translating client requirements into tailored solutions, developing proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), building relationships with stakeholders, leading the design of scalable AI/ML solutions, staying updated on AI/ML advancements, encouraging team development, authoring research, and engaging in client meetings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in utilizing AI/ML services for building and deploying machine learning models, with a preference for Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML).
Deep understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably GCP.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and enthusiastically.
Experience working directly with clients in advisory, solutioning, pre-sales, or consulting roles, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
Ability to specify deliverables of service projects by developing detailed project Statements of Work (SOWs) and assisting the sales team with technical presentations and estimations.
Experience strategizing, designing, architecting, and leading the deployment of scalable solutions on public cloud, preferably GCP.
Must act as a technical and business consultant to clients before, during, and after implementations.
Industry-level or Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer) are preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a Master's/PhD in AI/ML is preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for client engagements, team meetings, and industry events.
