Rackner is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect III to gather requirements and design Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud-based system deployments and system transitions.
The Cloud Solutions Architect III will architect and plan migrations to commercial cloud service providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure and Office 365, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
This role will act as a technical lead on a team of architects, leading the design and recommendation for the best solution.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree with 10 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of experience in Engineering or Mathematics (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems) is required, with experience in research, design, and development of computer and network software or specialized utility, which may include database maintenance within an application area.
Experience in applying programming concepts in a professional or academic setting is necessary.
Candidates must implement modern software development methodologies such as agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
A cloud computing vendor architecture certification is required.
An Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification is also necessary.
