The Solution Architect is a vital member of the Solution Design team, ensuring smooth transitions for customers from sales to services and optimizing their use of the Legion WFM system.
This role involves close collaboration with Consultants on Delivery to adhere to the Legion Consulting Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices for implementation.
Responsibilities include conducting detailed discovery meetings to gather requirements and understand customer needs, positioning ideal solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to align on partner-led solutions.
The Solution Architect drives pre-sales execution to meet revenue and customer success targets and manages the sales handover to the delivery team for implementation kickoff.
Additional duties include providing configuration oversight, account management support, and ensuring consistent product knowledge sharing via the CoE.
The role also involves creating implementation scope and Delivery/Services Statement of Work (SoW), validating Solution Blueprints with Consultants, and mentoring Principal Consulting Managers and Consultants.
Success in this role is measured by the accuracy of SoW Estimates versus Actual Costs and the timely delivery of quality solution blueprints.

The position requires self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously while incorporating direction from mentors.

Experience in mentoring or coaching others in technical roles is required.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides is necessary.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000, plus bonuses and stock options.
