  • As a Solution Architect, you will guide enterprise customers from vision to reality by designing, validating, and implementing architectures that handle millions of interactions per month.

  • This role combines customer success, solutions engineering, and product innovation, allowing you to influence customer outcomes and the evolution of Netomi’s platform.
  • Responsibilities include leading technical discovery and solution design, defining integration strategies, ensuring onboarding success, building proof-of-concepts, translating customer requirements, and contributing to product evolution.

Requirements:

  • You must have 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integration architectures (REST, GraphQL, event-driven), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is required.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript) is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), contact center systems, and messaging APIs is essential.
  • You should have a proven ability to lead technical discussions with both executives and engineers.
  • A customer-first problem solver mindset with a bias for action is important.
  • You must be skilled at balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural vision and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills to influence without authority and inspire trust across functions are required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master’s preferred.
