As a Solution Architect, you will guide enterprise customers from vision to reality by designing, validating, and implementing architectures that handle millions of interactions per month.
You will connect with mission-critical enterprise systems and push the boundaries of generative AI and automation in customer service.
This role combines customer success, solutions engineering, and product innovation, allowing you to influence customer outcomes and the evolution of Netomi’s platform.
Responsibilities include leading technical discovery and solution design, defining integration strategies, ensuring onboarding success, building proof-of-concepts, translating customer requirements, and contributing to product evolution.
Requirements:
You must have 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integration architectures (REST, GraphQL, event-driven), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is required.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript) is necessary.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk), contact center systems, and messaging APIs is essential.
You should have a proven ability to lead technical discussions with both executives and engineers.
A customer-first problem solver mindset with a bias for action is important.
You must be skilled at balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural vision and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills to influence without authority and inspire trust across functions are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master’s preferred.
