The Solution Architect will serve as a technical and strategic bridge between Oasis and its prospects and customers.
Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, designing end-to-end solutions, delivering demos and workshops, partnering with Sales leadership on strategic deals, translating customer needs into product insights, enabling partners, and creating high-quality reference materials.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles, such as Solution Architect or Sales/Solutions Engineer, with a proven track record in influencing complex enterprise deals.
A demonstrated ability to explain complex systems simply to diverse audiences, including IAM leaders and C-suite decision-makers, is essential.
A background in Cybersecurity and/or Identity is strongly preferred, with experience in IAM/PAM, secrets management, and cloud security being a plus.
Proven experience in designing architectures, building POCs, and producing technical collateral is required.
Candidates must be comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and R&D, demonstrating strong customer empathy and a bias for action.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are necessary, along with confidence in leading strategic conversations.
The position is US-based, preferably on the East Coast, and requires a willingness to travel to customers and events as needed.
