  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach with a proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions are necessary.
  • Strong communication abilities to explain complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages is required.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.
  • Candidates should be comfortable thriving in early-stage environments where they can build processes from scratch.
  • Desirable but not mandatory qualifications include fintech experience, particularly with neobanks or card issuing, and familiarity with financial APIs, webhook systems, and real-time payment processing.
