Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of technical experience in system integrations, such as Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Implementation Specialist.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited program is required.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach with a proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions are necessary.
Strong communication abilities to explain complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages is required.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.
Candidates should be comfortable thriving in early-stage environments where they can build processes from scratch.
Desirable but not mandatory qualifications include fintech experience, particularly with neobanks or card issuing, and familiarity with financial APIs, webhook systems, and real-time payment processing.
