The role involves partnering with IT and Business teams to enable scalable and strategic expansion.
Responsibilities include working with Business departments and IT delivery teams to discover optimal solutions for various business problems, considering both functional and non-functional requirements such as cost efficiency, time to market, and quality.
The Solution Architect will develop technical product documentation, including product vision, roadmap, and non-functional requirements (NFRs), ensuring that product quality attributes meet the criteria.
The position requires recording decisions and sharing them among the IT team, leading technical choices including technology stack selection, and participating in the development of technical standards.
The architect will also offer and participate in the selection of third-party software and engage in negotiations with vendors.
The role emphasizes the importance of the "build versus buy" principle to optimally support business needs and involves identifying and documenting reusable building blocks and architectural patterns.
The architect will participate in the development of Architectural Capability within the organization and may be assigned roles as Domain Architect or Application Architect, focusing on creating a vision for domain development or designing applications.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a working experience of 2+ years as an Architect, System Analyst, or top-tier Developer or DevOps/SysOps.
A solid understanding of the software development process is essential.
Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships are required, along with experience in high-level negotiation.
The candidate should have the ability to determine systems reliability and performance problems and to discover, validate, and offer solutions.
Proficiency in writing product documentation, including specifications, requirements, instructions, product strategy, and roadmap, is necessary.
Fluency in English is essential.
An understanding of general software development processes within the Agile framework (Scrum, SAFe) is required.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and design approaches (e.g., DDD, EDA, MSA) is important.
Experience working with public cloud services (e.g., AWS) is also required.
